Open Question: Best places in Delaware?

Hi, I'm thinking about moving to Delaware I'm not really familiar with the territory. I looking for a good neighborhood that has some decent night life (e.g dance clubs). I'm 23 so I'm not really looking for an area to raise a family or anything. I'm just looking for a good place a young woman can live that isn't to cut off from society.
